By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product information, images, and prices are accurate. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding and may be corrected.

Product colors and images may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the webshop are in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Aplesio reserves the right to change prices at any time.

5. Orders

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Aplesio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in situations including:

  • Incorrect pricing
  • Suspected fraud
  • Product unavailability
  • Technical errors

6. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed through secure payment environments.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped on the same business day.

We work with the following shipping carriers:

  • PostNL
  • DPD
  • DHL

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping applies to orders over €75.

8. Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within the applicable return period.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories

Aplesio reserves the right to refuse returns if products have been used or damaged.

9. Warranty

Depending on the product, a warranty period of 1 or 2 years applies.

The warranty covers manufacturing and technical defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use
  • Drop or water damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

10. Liability

Aplesio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Delays caused by third parties

Aplesio’s liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
